Bona takes its name from the Latin for good things: property, in the oldest sense of the word. We are an independent real estate boutique in Jeddah, deliberately small, representing a handful of homes at a time.
A small portfolio, by design
We represent villas, penthouses, waterfront residences and off-market houses that rarely reach the portals. Each is chosen because we would stand behind it ourselves.
Principal-level handling
You deal with a principal from the first call to the handover. No hand-offs, no call centre; one person who knows the house, the street and the seller.
Jeddah roots, a wider network
Our home is Jeddah: Al Shati, Al Khalidiyah, Obhur and the coast north of the city. Through partners we have worked with for years, we also act in Riyadh, Dubai, the Côte d’Azur, the Costa del Sol and Oman.
How we work
Representation
For owners, we prepare the house properly, price it honestly and present it to the right people first, often before it is ever advertised.
Acquisition
For buyers, we search on and off the market, verify title and licensing, and negotiate as if the money were our own.
Discretion
Nothing is shared without consent. Some of our best work never appears on this site.
